PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Founding partner of Allende Bascuñán & Cía. (1990).
He was in-house counsel of the Tax Law Department of Compañía Minera Disputada de Las Condes (EXXON) between 1984 and 1989.
He is and has been director of publicly-held-and closed corporations, as well as advisor to holdings and family offices.
He is recognized as one of the best Chilean lawyers in private-wealth management by Chambers & Partners High Net Worth guide, a special edition issued each year.
He is consistently recognized by Chambers & Partners and Leaders League in Tax Law, whereas Legal 500 acknowledges him as Leading Individual in the same practice.
He is the Chairman of the Board of Fundación Las Rosas since 1984, and member of the Arbitration and Mediation Panel of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago); of the National Arbitration Board, and of the International Fiscal Association (I.F.A).
